Delete your Besbello account

Here we explain how to delete your Besbello account (app and web) and what happens to your data.
1. How to delete your account
From the app or the website: sign in and go to Profile → "Delete account". You will need to confirm with your password. The account is deleted immediately.
If you cannot sign in: write to us from the email linked to your account at info@besbello.gal asking to close your account. We will verify that you are the account holder and delete your account within a maximum of 30 days.
2. What data is deleted
When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed: your personal data (name, email, phone and address), your login account, the balance and all movements of your loyalty wallet, your notifications and push permissions, and the purchase-ticket history shown in the app.
This action cannot be undone.
3. What is kept and for how long
Your book reservations and quotes are kept anonymously, with no link to your identity, for the shop's internal operation.
Due to tax and commercial legal obligations, Besbello keeps the invoices and receipts of your purchases in its billing systems for the legally required periods (generally between 4 and 6 years). From the moment your account is deleted, those records are no longer linked to you.
Any files you had sent for printing are deleted within a maximum of 30 days from delivery of the job.
4. Timeframes
Deletion from the app or website: immediate upon confirmation.
Deletion by email: within 30 days from when we verify your request.
