This site is owned by Tecniart Galicia, S.L. ("Besbello"), tax ID B27432525 and registered office at Alameda Xavier Costa Clavell, no. 3, 27500 Chantada (Lugo). You can contact us at info@besbello.gal or on 982 44 10 73.

The site offers information about Besbello and the following online services: creating a customer account, reserving textbooks, requesting printing quotes and sending files to print.

These services do not entail a firm purchase or online payment: they are requests that Besbello manages and confirms.

To use certain features you may create an account by providing truthful, up-to-date details. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity carried out with your account.

You can request the closure of your account at any time by writing to info@besbello.gal.

A reservation is a request for Besbello to prepare the indicated books; it is not a closed purchase. Besbello will confirm availability, the final price and the pickup timeframe.

The prices shown, if any, are indicative. Payment is made at the store at the time of pickup or by transfer, as agreed. If you have a Xunta voucher to buy books, indicate it in the reservation so it can be taken into account.

Quotes are free and without commitment until expressly accepted. Besbello may ask you for clarifications before confirming the price and timeframe.

By sending files to print, you guarantee that you hold the necessary rights over their content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or the law. Besbello may reject jobs with unlawful or offensive content or that infringe rights.

The files you send are used solely to prepare the quote or carry out the requested job. They are stored privately and deleted from our systems within a maximum of 30 days from delivery of the job, unless you ask us to keep them for future reprints.

We recommend you always keep your own copy of your files.

Prices and availability may vary. Any final amount will be confirmed by Besbello before delivery.

Payment is currently made in person at the store or by transfer; there is no online payment.

The site's content (texts, images, design, logos and code) belongs to Tecniart Galicia, S.L. or to third parties who authorised its use, and is protected by law. Its reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

Besbello is not liable for interruptions or technical errors beyond its control, or for improper use of the site or account by the user.

We strive to keep the catalogue information (schools, grades and books) correct, but it may contain errors; in case of discrepancy, the official information from the school and the publisher prevails.

1% balance on purchases. Every purchase with a receipt of 10 € or more accrues 1% of the amount as balance in your wallet. Purchases below 10 € do not accrue balance.

5 € for reserving the school-year books through the website. By reserving the school-year textbooks through besbello.gal, you will accrue 5 € in your wallet to spend in the shop. This promotion is one per household and per school year: it applies only once regardless of the number of children, of reserved school years or of accounts used by the same household. To verify compliance with this limit, Besbello may cross-check the contact and reservation data of the accounts involved (legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the promotion, art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Common conditions: the wallet balance cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used for purchases in the shop. Besbello reserves the right to modify or end the promotions, always respecting the balance already accrued. In the event of fraudulent use (for example, duplicate accounts to obtain the same promotion several times), the undue balance may be cancelled.

Besbello may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this site. They are governed by Spanish law and any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals that apply under the law.
